Background

This was for a pitch to hopefully win a much bigger  bit of work.

A3 have had new brand guidelines created and they wanted to see how that would transfer to their website, some social media posts (LinkedIn) and to not have their website be static.

Movement was a bit thing here that they wanted here.

The timeframe was  4 days. Technically 5 but I didn’t want to be going right up to the last minute.

So to start with, I had an overview of the guidelines. I took out some key phrases to latch onto and some visual elements that could be the anchor for my designs.

This was the phrase that kept out at me

For People who want better ways through conflict, who are frustrated by systems that stall, we believe that that this should be more straightforward

And just spent the first morning throwing spaghetti against the way to see what would stick.

Based on the A3 positioning statement of, ‘people who want better ways through conflict’ and ‘are frustrated with systems that stall’ and driving progress.

I have taken this into the designs and given the design space to breath, which makes the pages easier to navigate and find the information much more easily, and not overwhelm the user

I have made some small Ux improvements. On the homepage, Ia starting point could be to have a chat within the hero. In times of stress of going through arbitration, you could need some fast answers and not have to look all over a site. Simply by asking a question, that then takes you to a AAAI chatbot to get you the answers you need.

Secondly, adding in AAA services upfront. Again make the jumping off point for someone and make it much simpler to find the information they need much faster
For the use of colour, I have used the preferred base colours of Maroon and Cream, however, to allow for more variety in page designs, some of the other colours have been used, e.g side panels for titles The secondary colours and red have been used to pull out CTAs and for design elements such as the line. This helps to bring more accents of colour to the page, to pull out specific information, or to guide a user, without overdoing it, which could make it overwhelming for a user.

Outcomes:
At this moment in time, we are waiting to hear back from the client
